Minimum labeling temperature: In summer, the labeling temperature of frozen products must not be lower than the minimum labeling temperature indicated in the technical parameters of this label.
Initial viscosity: viscosity when the label is just affixed. Depending on the surface roughness and energy of products, the viscosity differs when labels are just affixed, which is not the true viscosity of glue.
Final viscosity: the initial viscosity of glue changes to the final viscosity in 24h after labeling. The final viscosity (within the operating temperature range) is the true viscosity of glue.
These three factors indicate that it takes some time for labels to change form the initial viscosity (within the allowable temperature range) to final viscosity after labeling within the allowable temperature range. Products that have just been labeled cannot be immediately sent to the environment below the minimum labeling temperature. They must be used in the operating environment in 24h after labeling (the time can be reduced appropriately in summer).
