Cheermo organized this “Landscape Trip - Cheermo Spring Outing” to commend full-time excellent employees and team leaders or above based on the harvest in 2017 and outlook for 2018.

The 2018 Strategic Planning and Corporate Culture Meeting is the deployment and outlook of work in the new year. We hope that employees can achieve their goals and values.

Cheermo has been sparing no effort to give employees the space and opportunity for growth. We will invite professional instructors for team training and development!

As an old saying goes, “Efforts of a thousand people will lead to enormous force while working with different minds will lead to no results”. That is, if a thousand people are of one mind, the power will exceed the total of individuals; and if ten thousand people are of different minds, the power will be little. This is the team strength! The barbecue began in the evening. All employees were enjoying themselves tonight and looking forward to the future!

The Spring Festival Outing enriched the cultural life of employees as the welfare of Cheermo. Thanks for your hard work. This activity promoted the mutual understanding, solidarity and friendship of employees.

With the joint efforts of all teams of Cheermo, the two-day New Spring outing (team training, individual speech, product proposal improvement, how to be a boss, team chorus, barbecue, bonfire party, speech, group activities, etc.) and game were successfully concluded. This activity enhanced the team cohesion and collaboration! It alleviates the fatigue of employees and inspires more enthusiasm for work. In 2018, Cheermo will have a brighter future!
